Jenna and I went bizerko taking photos yesterday. The rain stopped just long enough for us to snap and conquer. We’ve been bubbling over our latest arrivals from Fluxus, Line & Dot and Waverly Grey….so much so that I’m posting extra pics from the shoot.
I suppose this is the moment you’ve been waiting for…….hair time! Yes, I did participate in my HS’s production of Grease. No, I did not star as Rizzo. But as Jenna mentioned yesterday, I’ve been dreaming about this hairstyle for quite some time. Rizzo and my Grandma’s wigs from the 50′s are my inspiration for this curly do. Curl for ten minutes, spray a lil spray, throw on good ole Mondrian, and I’m ready to stomp around Galena smirking this way and that.
Let’s talk about why this top is amazing…you can pair it with ANYTHING (I just chose to pair it with my hairs). Toss the petal punch top, polka dot master, or snazzy sequins over it and hello clever lady!
Ok, back to smirking:
I wasn’t the only one with curlys flying for the shoot. Jenna has been graced with naturally wavy hair. That’s right Jenna, I said graced.
Jenna was pretty much dressed like a rockstar all day yesterday. Quite honestly, I was jealous of her outfit. I don’t know what to squeal over more, the James Dean tee or the mad skirt. Before we came to this outfit conclusion, we played around with James Dean and pop me skinnies. Which was totally badass, but hello, we just posted them last week. The mad skirt was too awesome to pass up, and so I give to you….Jenna Without a Cause:
Enjoy the lovely day!
